An informal, no-obligation discussion either online or at our studio to understand your site, ambitions, budget, and timescales. This helps us assess whether we are the right fit and how best to support your project.

Concept design
We visit the site, take measurements, and refine the brief with you. From this we develop a clear design concept responding to how you want to live or work in the space.

Feasibility and planning
We test the design with consultants to identify constraints and opportunities, then prepare and submit the planning application or lawful development certificate where required.

Detailed design and tender
The design is developed into detailed technical drawings, allowing contractors to provide accurate pricing. We can also assist with tender review and contractor selection.

Pre-construction
Once a contractor is appointed, we assist with contracts, party wall matters, and coordinate the information required before work begins on site.

Construction and delivery
During construction we administer the contract, respond to site queries, and coordinate with specialist trades, ensuring the design intent is realised to a high standard.
